Anass Ecacharkaoui’s culinary journey began in France, where he moved from Morocco for college. With a decade of experience working in coffee shops and creperies, he’s now brought his expertise to Baton Rouge, introducing Bonjour Pour l’amour du Chocolat in September. What sets our dessert haven apart is its focus on sweet crepes, a unique addition to the Baton Rouge culinary scene. Upon entering Bonjour, you’ll be greeted by the enticing aroma of sweet crepes, with the interior exuding a chic black-and-white theme. Bistro tables line one wall, a cozy couch invites lounging, and tiny Eiffel Tower replicas on tables pay homage to Paris.
The menu boasts over 10 delectable crepe options, from fruit-centric creations to chocolate-infused delights. Favorites include the Lotus crepe, filled with Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter and topped with white chocolate, caramel, cookie crumbles, and a full-size Lotus cookie. For chocoholics, the triple chocolate crepe is a must-try, featuring white, milk, and dark chocolate.
